The chef grows vegetables in his own garden, completely pesticide-free.

Our chef is also learning to cultivate vegetables
in the garden.

Many of the vegetables used in our dishes are grown organically in our own garden, free from any pesticides.
We cultivate a variety of seasonal vegetables in our approximately 1,650 square meters of land.
We believe that connecting with the soil and experiencing the changing seasons through our senses is reflected in our daily cooking.

Vegetables such as cabbage are used for dinner at the hotel.
