• What time is check-in? What time must we check-out by?
  Check-in is between 3-5pm.
  Please check-out by 11am. If you need to check-out at a later time, please inform us.
• Do you provide transport to the hotel from the station?
  Yes, it is possible to arrange for transfer from the train station to the hotel. Please inform us of the train arrival time. This service is only available on the day of check-in after 3pm.
• Are pets allowed?
  Sorry, no pets allowed.
• Is it possible to alter the menu to exclude foods I cannot eat?
  Yes, it is possible to change the menu to suit your needs. Please fill out the inquiry form or make a note in the space available when making your online booking.
